Decode a ZeroLocus62 label

ZeroLocus62 is a compact format for zero loci and degeneracy loci of completely reducible bundles on partial flag varieties. Each label has an ambient part and, after the separator ., an optional bundle part. Degeneracy loci use - to separate the two bundles and rank bound.
